Current-Responsible for the upkeep of the network-based security camera systems (NVR), including the maintenance and repair of cameras, as well as managing the hosting servers to ensure seamless operation and data integrity; pulling footage for management-Managing automated OCR (optical character recognition) document capture software, document Importing, classification, indexing invoices and other documents, Regular Expressions needed for metadata extraction-Troubleshooting AV Video Conferencing equipment for larger rooms – webcams, whole-room microphones and speakers -Provided on-site technical support across a diverse network of 26 retail locations and the primary corporate office spanning Illinois and Indiana-Responsible for the ongoing management and upkeep of all office computer systems including regular updates and maintenance to optimize performance and functionality
