Leading onsite construction management team for new $170M 44 story 424 unit residential condominium facility in planned development by Howard Hughes Corp.. PCL team is performing the $30M cast in place concrete structure as well as managing the overall GMP. Structure is currently on the 32nd floor (4/18/18) with a one week per floor cycle with skin following 2 floors below and finishes coming up below that. Facility is scheduled for completion in first quarter of 2019
