Responsible for the product strategy, promotion, and product development for a $130M product portfolio of filtration products used in air pollution control, microfiltration, and apparel.• Assumed added responsibilities each year – engineered systems (2010), acoustics (2011), fabrics (2012).• Simplified the business by eliminating 40% of the active part numbers, helped to reduce base cost by $2M, and made a significant contribution to the disposition of an unprofitable portion of the business.• Established a new product management structure with clear lines of accountability.• Managed the development process for new products resulting in over $15M of sales.

Responsible for the sales plan of a $73 million product line of air pollution control replacement parts and equipment upgrades and the development of a group of eight product managers around the world.• Managed the commercialization of multiple product improvement and new product introduction programs that generated $7M in new business over from 2007 through 2008.
