My time at Costco started out as a part-time job but then was offered the supervisor position within a year. As a Front-End Supervisor, my team and I would operate the Front-End and ensure that members were taken care of in an efficient manner. I was in charge of training and developing employees to exceed our standards while maintaining an excellent connection with them. When managers had time off, I was selected to cover their areas and ensure that operations ran smoothly. Some areas I worked in were Electronics, Night Merchandising, and Morning Merchandising (Foods, Centers, and Hardware).
