Maintenance Manager I was responsible for managing a maintenance team of engineers carrying out routine maintenance on our client’s access equipment, repairs and overhauls if necessary as well as allocating labour for new installation projects. I was in charge of pricing new contract along with any reactive work that can along. In charge of a retained fire station, my duties were to manage the station day to day, duties included administration end of month reports H&S inspections, planning of training for the station personnel. Duties also included was to assess and write up assessment on each fire-fighter I worked closely with other agencies with collating information regarding hot spot areas to reduce unwanted calls.
