The obvious things you may want to know is I have a great deal of experience in tracking down bugs, envisioning product workflows, how and why to create test plans, UI dos and don'ts, and of course the intuition of knowing what's truly important to the User Experience.Beyond those obvious things, I think the important things I bring to the table are having a correct sense of urgency, the ability to hustle, understanding the goals of stakeholders, communicating not just the how but the why of a problem, and having the foresight and maturity to avoid the need to hustle in the day to day running of the business. I thrive in companies with a competent and collaborative environment and count myself greatly fortunate to have been in many such positions.I'd love to bring this mindset to a company willing to give me the opportunity to manage and mentor a QA team.
