Electronic Rework, Hand Soldering, Machine Operator. * Perform extremely complex assembly or modification tasks on electronic and mechanicalcomponents, subassemblies and systems. * Assemble, disassemble, modify, rework and repair various preproduction and productionsubassemblies, assemblies and complete electrical and mechanical systems by interpretingschematic diagrams, technical drawing packages, blueprints, process sheets or otherspecifications and using correct tooling and machinery.* Inspect results to ensure conformance with requirements using precision measuringequipment and performs rework as needed. Identifies the reason for units failing by usingtest failure sheets and performs the necessary repair operations.* Verify producibility of products during the first piece process and prototypefabrication. * Fabricate complex assembles utilizing build to print skills to meet production,engineering and prototype requirements. * Perform complex ECO rework associated within the area confines. This includes repairingprinted wiring board circuits, cut and jumper, drilling, epoxy repair of circuit cards,etc.
