Over 500 employees have participated in these classes.• Created new calibration standard test procedure guides for use across the company to detail and standardize work efforts. • Developed new data collection and post-processing scripting tools such as the expansive Powershift Transmission Analysis script, open ECM architecture controls scripts, and other post-processing tools. • Worked to get unilateral approval and support for constructing and conducting a transmission clutch stand research project with $300K exempt research funding. The outcome of this hardware project could lead up to a 50% improvement in software development costs.• Assisted or led numerous corporate projects to enhance controls, improve effectiveness, efficiency, and increase customer value in our machine solutions.• In 2015, I completed the Caterpillar Leadership Excellence in Accountability and Development (LEAD) certificate program. This successful project required interfacing with engineering teams across the company and with several suppliers.• Assumed critical technical leader roles; led transmission controls for large off-highway machines, underground mining machines, and a company-first frac rig well stimulation transmission applications. Authored competitive performance technical reports and detailed project presentations with high quality.• Program Manager for the creation of the SuperComm2 remote data logger device project that is crucial for machine field follow data and logging of pilot machines worldwide. The project scope was to create the BOM and manufacturing and test processes from just a complex design print. This entailed sourcing custom multilayered circuit boards, enclosures, and selecting a manufacturing supplier.
