As Senior Director of Business Product Management for PTC., I lead a team tasked with partnering with customers across the enterprise on the definition and execution of PTC’s internal business processes and technologies in support of PTC’s strategic goals. I direct the strategic operations of a globally distributed team of 16 Product Managers and Product Owners responsible for leading, delivering, maintaining and improving capabilities and solutions across multiple PTC enterprise value streams (Customer Success, Products and Licensing, People Tech, Market to Bill, Record to Report and Procure to Pay). These teams define the key value drivers that shape and direct the prioritization of their respective roadmaps in service of their internal customers and PTC’s strategic endeavors. As a dynamic servant leader within IT Global Business Services, I partner with leaders in portfolio management, enterprise architecture, systems engineering, quality assurance, DevSecOps, and enterprise application support to improve the quality and predictability of Global Business Services’ cross-functional enterprise feature delivery.

As Director of Digital Transformation for PTC., I led a team of Product Owners in the transformation of PTC’s IT delivery from a project based delivery paradigm into a product and outcome driven agile methodology delivering incremental business value. I led the formation of three core product lines around the PTC Lead to Cash processes and capabilities (Market to Sales, Quote to Order, and Order to Bill) and defined the key value drivers that would shape and direct their respective prioritization and roadmaps to drive PTC’s digital transformation from an on-premise software company to a SaaS/subscription company. In this role I also functioned as the Product Manager for the PTC Market to Bill Agile Release Train (ART) as we successfully transitioned and scaled these agile teams and their business counter-parts using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). I am also a founding member of PTC’s IT’s Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) responsible for recommending and implementing agile and scaled agile best practices in order to transform the IT delivery model and position IT as a strategic partner for the business.

As Director of Business Systems for Toast Inc., I led the strategic operations of a geographically distributed team responsible for the administration, architecture, development and integration of Toast's enterprise business systems. I was responsible for establishing the company's business systems architecture and defining strategic priorities across enterprise applications, process optimization and employee enablement. These applications included Salesforce.com, NetSuite, ServiceNow and other SaaS and iPaaS applications.

As Director of Applications Development for Enterprise Business Systems I led the daily operations of a globally distributed team of managers, software architects, designers, and technicians responsible for the development, maintenance and support of over 30 enterprise business applications. Teams were located in Cambridge, MA, Huntsville, AL, Hyderabad and Bangalore, India, and Krakow, Poland. These applications encompassed the full spectrum of business operations (HR, Finance, Legal, Sales & Marketing, and IT). My responsibilities included: Conceive and execute the strategic vision for the development of on-premise and cloud business applications and integrations using Agile methodologies such as Extreme Programming, Scrum, Feature Driven Development and Test Driven DevelopmentAlign development operations with the overall strategic vision for the enterprise and ITEstablish and enforce standards and good practices for software development (e.g. unit tests, code reviews, logging, QA, documentation)Recruit, develop and review cross-functional team of development and support personnel. As Senior Development Manager, I was responsible for managing the daily development tasks of on-shore and off-shore development resources in an Agile Scrum environment. I created and enforced standards and practices for all levels of the SDLC and led my teams towards improving development processes and overall quality. I also managed the implementation of third party enterprise software implementations and integrations. In addition, I formalized application support activities for internal customers through the use of SLA’s and ITIL based processes and systems.

As Development Manager, I managed development activities for cross-functional teams of developers, testers, designers and support technicians. Teams were located in Cambridge, MA and Bangalore and Hyderabad. I standardized the SDLC and established new Agile processes to improve time to delivery and overall application quality.

I designed, developed and approved technical architecture for Salesforce.com implementation of $25 million fundraising and major gifts CRM system for WGBH and PBS member stations resulting in improved member and revenue results with immediate increased efficiencies and net. I managed strategic and technical business development based on migration from client-server to cloud-based hosted environment and designed and developed architectures for integrations between Salesforce.com, 3rd party vendors and in-house enterprise systems.

As Project Director, I managed IT projects and enterprise software development for the WGBH Educational Foundation. I formed and directed an internal team of Java developers to provide the development of integrated software solutions for WGBH both in-house and with third party vendors.
