Programme has since spent £2.5m achieving MDG 7c in Rutana province. Improving access to water and sanitation for returning refugees and internally displaced people who had fled Rutana province during the conflict in Burundi.• Re-opened work in Cambodia and supported the development and expansion of a regional office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia which has since opened up work in Laos PDR and Myanmar with local civil society partners.

I conceptualised the methodology, developed the material and facilitated the workshop. The training was well received and commended for being creative, innovative, highly participatory and thought provoking.• Facilitated on Skillshare International’s Quality Training Course for development workers and trained country office staff in India on the new programme funding reporting system software.• For MBA thesis, reviewed Skillshare International’s Leadership Development Programme and made recommendations for the product development, marketing and strategic positioning for a spin-off consultancy company to be created.
