Program Coordinator
CurrentAs the program coordinator for the Residential sector at Energy Trust of Oregon, I oversee data quality and the weekly distribution of funds through our primary contract management company. My position includes the development of quality controls, adherance to financial compliance and input on the design of program initiatives. I utilize a variety of applications including SharePoint, CRM Dynamics, the full Microsoft Office suite, SQL, and other in-house tools and platforms. My duties encompass everything from customer service oversight to writing SQL queries for data QC and reporting purposes. I am involved the creation of customer-facing collateral, charged with consistency and consolidation across forms and data, tapped for on-demand systems testing, represent the program in quarterly audits, create documentation and training materials, and contribute to contract reviews. Since 2002, Energy Trust has helped people and businesses transform more than 700,000 homes and buildings with clean energy improvements. Energy Trust is a nonprofit organization committed to delivering clean, affordable energy to 1.6 million utility customers. We are guided by a volunteer board of directors and two advisory councils, and are overseen by the Oregon Public Utility Commission (OPUC). As a result of state legislation, tariffs and other requirements, Energy Trust funding comes exclusively from utility customers and is invested on their behalf in lowest-cost energy efficiency and clean, renewable energy. Our investment of $1.7 billion will save customers $7.6 billion on their utility bills over time.
