Lead Surveyor and Manager of a six person team of specialist Defence Critical Infrastructure Security Surveyors, I was responsible for providing assurance of critical assets by identifying threats and weaknesses in critical processes and providing pragmatic advice and solutions to mitigate those weaknesses.Developed the Expeditionary Counter Sabotage and Operational Resilience concept of operations which was implemented during the deployment of military personnel to Estonia. Developed the training and mentoring programme for all prospective and new surveyors.

Within the Joint Intelligence Training Group as Training Analyst and Course Designer, led on development of the Defence Counter Intelligence Operations Practitioner course, from concept to piloting of courses in order to modernise and professionalise the delivery of Counter Intelligence across Defence. Project managed the production and delivery of training documentation and analysis reports to meet Defence and legal compliance requirements. Liaised with Defence Stakeholders to meet changing and developing Counter Intelligence doctrine.

Designed and delivered specialist Physical Security, Cyber Security and Security Risk Management courses for over 240 students per year. Project managed the re-energising and implementation of Virtual Battlefield Simulator into Counter Intelligence and Operational Intelligence training within the Joint Intelligence Training Group.
