Moved up from machine operator/ shop foreman/ sales/ general manager. Over 22 years of Thermal Deburring experience. Expanded operations to include Abrasive Flow Machining, and precision cleaning.Also managed all of North America Contract locations, including Irwin, PA./ Shelby, MI., Huntley, IL. and Houston, TX. I am the ISO Management Rep. for the Irwin location.Managed feasibility and new applications for all Global new ExtrudeHone applications for both machine build, and North America contract services. Also I am in a technical support role, supporting sales once the customer has interest in our technologies. This support is a global support due to the high interest in the automotive and aerospace components. Currently have a great understanding of Abrasive Flow Machining (AFM), Electro Chemical Machining (ECM), Thermal Energy Method (TEM) and Precision Electro Chemical Machining (PECM), finishing technologies.Globally traveled and supported all ExtrudeHone locations in gaining new business.
