I have over three years of experience as an employee writer and editor in academia and e-commerce. I've been a freelancer since graduating with my master's degree in 2020. Because its main product, diatomaceous earth, is not very well known or understood, I researched and wrote articles to inform our audience. I also ran Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and Pinterest accounts for DiatomaceousEarth.com, interacting with an extensive online community. I quickly and politely answered questions and concerns to build customers' trust in the brand.

I interviewed faculty and administrators, wrote dozens of news articles, edited six issues of the faculty magazine, and managed online content for the Instructional Development Department at BYU-Idaho.
