Responsible for the day to day operation of a three to four person structural department within a 25 person multi-disciplinary firm. Typical duties include active production of structural engineering design and document preparation, construction control activities, supervision of engineers and work product, performance reviews of staff, project management, and department marketing.

As Staff Engineer, I was responsible for designing and the drafting of various telecommunications projects. I gained extensive experience in AutoCAD as well as an introduction to structural design of equipment supports and platforms.
