Currently, I remove roadblocks to on-time project delivery with stewardship of 25 contractors and multiple third-party vendors for a fiber project in Central Indiana. I head a team of five inspectors to award projects to contractors and inspect contractor work. I also oversee eight term employees to support the inspectors and monitor compliance with quality and safety policies. I review/approve material requests and invoicing. I also carry out performance reviews, provide feedback and coaching, and manage the grievance processes. I perform safety and quality inspections with oversight of technician training and ensure compliance with company processes, schedules, and master plan.

I served as a Project Manager for AT&T Overbuild Projects (2016 – 2019). I steered diverse teams, from 15 to 42 technicians, to complete residential/commercial installations and repair single-service outside line issues to multiple cable failures. I marshalled contractors to dig up and place new cables. I orchestrated scheduling and use of rental equipment. I also reviewed engineering documentation to determine placement of outside equipment. I carried out performance reviews, provided feedback and coaching, and managed the grievance process. I also performed safety and quality inspections with oversight of training. I Interviewed/hired technicians and gave feedback on manager candidates. Some highlights:·       Met KPIs consistently over seven years.·       Upgraded 35K residential units to fiber and coordinated with Connected Communities.·       Liaised with property managers to determine parameters of builds including start/completion dates and optimal path for inside wiring.·       Ordered materials and sourced new vendors for nonstandard material such as conduit hangers, brackets, and molding sections for specialized construction.·      Collaborated with engineers on cable fails such as repairing cable hits due to construction of Red Line Bus route in Indianapolis.·       Oversaw monitoring and maintenance of air pressure equipment to prevent underground cables from getting wet.·       Ensured compliance with company processes, schedules, and master plan.

I conducted daily installations and repairs of U-Verse services for residential and commercial customers. Some highlights:·       Served as floating trainer to onboard new technicians.·       Honored as Top Performer for third and fourth quarters of 2013.·       Earned five-star ratings eleven times over fourteen-month period.

I held accountability for $10K in equipment and produced weekly quality reports to track the progress of 40 technicians. I carried out daily field inspections of completed work and live inspections of work-in-progress. I also instituted corrective actions for sub-standard work and safety policy violations. I routed technicians and optimized work assignments based on strengths and workloads. I also reviewed/approved invoices and managed/tracked equipment installations. Some highlights:·       Achieved 98% customer satisfaction scores.·       Spearheaded conversion from analog to digital video TV services for large bulk customers such as Millers Mary Manor.·       Trained and mentored technicians to develop skills needed to be successful.·       Introduced new safety process to ensure implementation and utilization of safety equipment.
