Key Role: - Formulating sales strategies for different projects and focus on setting up most accurate pricing for upcoming projects- Liaise with project team to oversee different stage of product design and flat mix revision for the acquired projects- Assist land acquisition team for tender submission of GOV/URA projects- Consult with interior design team for sales office design of different projects- Coordinate with frontline colleagues to ensure daily sales operation with satisfactory condition- Building up relationships with various property agencies and conduct briefing for sales information and arrangements

Key Role:- Work closely with legal department in monitoring sales-related documents to be produced align with the requirements of Cap. 621 Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance- Coordination with project team to indicate the most marketable flat mix distribution for upcoming projects throughout different stage of GBP submission- Guiding interior and contracting companies for sales office fitting out works - Various feasibility study and ad-hoc reports as requested by department headMain Projects involved: One Innovale / Baker Circle．Dove / The Harmonie / The Henley / The Royale / The Vantage / The Addition / Reach Summit / South Walk Aura / Novum East / Novum West
