-Build, maintain and update a detailed Client Service onboarding training framework and training content.-Provide refresher training to existing employees on various topics, including but not limited to daily work procedures, CFDs knowledge, new company policies, trades analysis skills.-Provide training to new employees globally, continuously monitor new employees' daily performance identifying training and personal development needs.-Coordinate/Collaborate with various departments (i.e. Product Management, Compliance, Dealing) and make positive changes to the overall client journey/experience.-Assist Dealing team in analysing clients' trading activities.-Proactively collect/check for client feedback on various channels.
