• At the Institute for Law & Finance and the Goethe Business School:- Assisted two professors in editing a case book on comparative corporate law focusing on U.S., British and European (particularly German) company law.- Taught a review session of the “Fundamentals of Finance” course for the ILF’s LL.M. students.- Planned the inaugural graduation ceremony for the Duke-Goethe Executive MBA program.- Translated documents from German to English.• In Büro Strenger (the corporate governance consultancy of Christian Strenger, former CEO of DWS Investments and former Chairman of the International Corporate Governance Network):- Researched German corporate law regarding the business judgment rule.- Assisted with speechwriting and research for Mr. Strenger's papers and presentations.- Advised the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and other parties regarding the establishment and drafting of the country’s National Corporate Governance Code.
