The work involves the management of every requirement from the Scope of Works and Technical Criteria (SWTC), SWTC Appendices, Mandatory Functional Requirements, D&C Deed, D&C Deed Schedules, Maintenance Deed and Maintenance Deed Schedules. There are some 11,330 line items to manage to zero prior to Bid completion. The role also includes the management of Innovations and Departures from Scope of Work and Technical Requirements (SWTC), SWTC Appendices, Mandatory Functional Requirements, D&C Deed and D&C Deed Schedules and Allocation Matrix. The Bid will be finalised on 27th March 2015.I worked as the Compliance Manager for the Thiess Samsung John Holland Joint Venture (TSJH JV) for the WestConnex Stage 1B (M4 East) Tender.
