I'm the President, COO & Co-Founder of findCRA, a national firm offering cloud-based software to support bank research and professional consulting services to guide bank compliance under the federal Community Reinvestment Act or CRA.I bring 25 years of experience in compliance management to my role at findCRA, leading operations, sales, and marketing. As an experienced CRA subject matter expert, I also manage the company's CRA consulting services. Since co-founding findCRA in 2013, I have helped guide its growth from an ambitious idea to a nationally-recognized RegTech company supporting banks and nonprofits.During my 15 years in banking, I oversaw regulatory compliance in the areas of CRA, fair lending, HMDA, loan operations, deposit operations, and BSA/AML. I actively managed regulatory examinations and directed compliance and CRA efforts during bank M&A activity. I am a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Controls Specialist (CCS), ABA National Compliance School graduate, and a Columnist for the national ABA Risk and Compliance Magazine.Over the years, I have utilized my CRA expertise to support community development efforts in Louisville including working with local nonprofits and CDFIs. I hold Bachelors of Arts degrees in Business Administration and English from Bellarmine University and I'm a Louisville native, where I currently reside.
