Born and raised in Delta BC, Canada with 26 years in forestry, 20 years as an RPF in Operational Forestry. Currently working as a Forest Carbon Technical Advisor within the Office of the Chief Forester of British Columbia. I have a broad base of experiences to draw from in the first 47 years of my life so far. My past experiences have encompassed comprehensive program management in forestry, working within industry, indigenous business and government. Currently I work within the Office of the Chief Forester and within the Climate Change and Integrated Planning Branch. Our team is focused on delivering the Forest Carbon Initiative, one of the first "Nature Based Climate Solution" silviculture programs of its kind. I am a family oriented individual. At the British Columbia Provincial Government, I am a leader who strives to meet and exceed ministerial goals and targets. I possess the ability to change focus and direction quickly to meet changing circumstance and business conditions, without sacrificing my primary goals. I am a curious thinker and an innovator. I can bring people and ideas together to enable change.
