Greater Chicago Area

I transferred to Chicago, my home market, in December of 2012 from the Minneapolis office. I continue to serve my clientele with their Unified Communications and Networking needs in both the LOOP and the greater metropolitan area.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

We design, install, and maintain Cisco enterprise-level converged networks. My specialty is Voice over IP and the methods, technical expertise, and protocols necessary for wide area deployment.

I started as a level 1 technician and worked my way up the chain of technical management. My responsibilities included high level technical assistance, oversight of the level 1 and level 2 groups, and training the staff on current and new technologies.

I worked in the IT hardware department. Our responsibilities included general PC maintenance. Printer maintence, and deployment. Minor network responsibilities and Inventory Management.
