Brian has expansive experience within the Financial Services Sector becoming involved at senior level with many of the biggest names in the National and International Market. This has included; Lloyds, HBOS, Barclays, Generali, Allianz, Axa, National Australia Group, ABN AMRO and many more.He is a qualified Financial Advisor with an extensive background in people development. He holds a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology and ensures his practical inputs help the sharp end of the business. Before joining Omega he held various senior positions within Financial Service organisations as well as leading Psychological Business Consultancies.His assignments have stretched over the range of organisational issues and extend from standard training and evaluation to major change initiatives.Brian’s extensive experience enables him to bring a large degree of practicality to his work and he always has an eye on the impact to bottom line return i.e. tangible business results.
