Serve as Department’s representative on the enterprise Third-Party Risk Management Steering Committee and Total Rewards Advisory Committee. Assist with Merger & Acquisition activity. May 2020-December 2021: Lead Transactions Attorney Team in Legal & Compliance Department at The Standard. Team consisted of 10 attorneys. Work handled included merger & acquisition; contract drafting and review; product development; privacy and information security; market conduct exams and audits; marketing and advertisements; and intellectual property management; immigration.
