Food Gatherers exist to alleviate hungry and eliminate its causes in Washtenaw County. The Manager of Volunteer Programs is responsible for a safe and positive volunteer experience, connecting the volunteers work to the mission of Food Gatherers; recruits, schedules, trains, supervises and handles primary communication with volunteers; and supervises the Volunteer Coordinators. The Volunteer Programs Manager represents Food Gatherers to all stakeholders in accordance with the established guidelines and values.

The Vice Preseident, Clinical Programs and Administration (VPCPA) is charged with the overall administration of the clinical program department including: budgeting; staffing; development; implementation, and maintenance of the integrity of the new programs; developing, cultivating, and maintaining positive community relations with the medical community, cancer community partners, and the community at large; and works to ensure the integrity of program data especially as it pertains to member satisfaction and grant guidelines.
