As an Edward Jones financial advisor, I enjoy the opportunity to partner with individual investors on creating and implementing strategies that work toward specific goals that we set together. Whether it's planning for retirement, saving for college for children or grandchildren or just trying to protect the financial future of the ones that we care the most for, we take the time to identify each goal and develop the strategy to address it. I also coordinate and work in tandem with other professionals who include CPAs, Estate Planning Attorneys and Life Insurance Specialists and Agents to execute needed actions.

- Worked as part of a two person communications team that built and released a centralized communication program for the Data Management & Analytics department, an organization that manages three large Teradata and Oracle data warehouses. Created and maintained every aspect of the written communications process, including templates, procedures, approval structures, engagement models, governance rules, distribution lists, assessment scorecards and archives.- Built and managed a SharePoint Governance and Development team that supports internal clients with SharePoint development and oversees approximately 20 SharePoint site collections. Designed and implemented a department SharePoint remediation plan which included the development of policies and procedures, engagement models, site audit and certification processes, document retention rules, and role definitions.- Wrote, obtained approvals from senior leaders, and distributed an average of 500 business communications per year, including incident alerts, project notifications, and executive bulletins such as organization announcements. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts ranging from Operations Analysts to Managing Directors and work within extremely tight SLAs of 30 minutes or less.

- Managed a team of seven writers to successfully deliver over 300 desktop and operating procedures to comply with an OCC Consent Order.- Consulted client senior management on procedure development for high priority projects such as SCRA, OCC Consent Order, Department of Justice provisions, and Foreclosure Review.- Participated in project design meetings discussing scope, process development and deliverables, then managed these projects through procedure development, compliance approvals and publication.- Developed complex procedures from various source documents, including process flows and job aids, by working one-on-one with Subject Matter Experts.
