I have worked as a Customer Service Technician, a Server Administrator, a Service Request Queue Manager, and an Office 365 Administrator for the Marine Corps. I conducted troubleshooting on application failures, ensured STIG compliance, managed patching and updating, and delegated tasks effectively.
