My career began with a decade at the Department of Army in the Pentagon, where I worked as a Data Analyst writing SQL queries for planning project managers. Seeking to expand my skills and knowledge, I transitioned to the private sector, eventually joining Ultimate Software, which later merged to become UKG.At UKG, I started as a System Administrator, supporting internal users nationwide. The company then transitioned to a more diverse platform, Salesforce, to handle the increased project management and billing demands. As the Salesforce and Certinia (FinancialForce) System Administrator, I was responsible for managing requested services, projects, and billing generation. I standardized the billing process for $4 million and supported an additional $4 million in recognized revenue each month.My role evolved into a Business System Analyst, where I collaborated with internal stakeholders on business process improvements, impact analysis, code research, testing, and deploying changes affecting thousands of users. As the company grew, I became the Team Lead for three new BSAs, supporting requested services, projects, and billing generation.
