★Engage with new prospective clients and build, manage and develop the relationship as a representative of Process IQ (and indirectly of Orway IQ).★Conducting in-depth research and analysis from a technical perspective to assist with driving new business through installations.★Commissioning and integration of Process IQ equipment and systems into the existing client circuit and operated efficiently.★Provide critical feedback link from existing installations to Process IQ to allow for continuous improvement.★Determine the economic feasibility of projects and trial projects through gathering, analysing and modelling process data.★Research and development behind new equipment/systems especially in the field of IoT and Industry 4.0.★Project management, design, code, supervise, deliver and support new products and application in the mining industry, including but not limited to the application of instrumentation, IoT, AI (Artificial Intelligence), machine learning, cloud-based database systems, data analytics, predictive maintenance, scheduling.

★Driving continuous improvement through research and development.★Training and development of metallurgical team.★Planning and management of metallurgical projects and ensuring that they are in line with the research and developmental focus areas.★Management of metallurgical team ensuring that production targets are met, and substandard conditions are rectified.★Oversee the execution of the production processes and activities.★Oversee laboratory and sampling processes in the Metallurgical plants.★Analyse asset and process performance trends against targets allowing for effective utilization of process equipment and production processes.★Conduct root cause analysis and initiate corrective action and/or improvement opportunities to meet production targets.★Reviewing of operational and technical data to identify trends, risks / problems.★Implementation, maintenance and adherence to legal compliance (safety regulations, acts, codes of practice, procedures, standards, etc.).
