Responsible for Material deliveries for Vodafone Sites within the Southern Region of Germany. Ensuring material is correctly delivered to partner and that the partner installs all material within a given time frame. Ensuring customer purchase orders arrive on time, and that partner Purchase requests are carried out, to ensure that sites are delivered and according to the FMT Plan, with handover to the customer on time without faults on site.

Responsible for the delivery of routers and SDH equipment, as well as being the Project Manager for PoC projects for O2 Telefonica. The project starts with initial Rack Design, Site Survey, Civil Works planning and installation, OSN/WDM installation and Routers with final integration through other carrier leased lines.

Project Managed the build of a Nortel OpTera Ring with Germany using DWDM and SDH Technologies. Responsible for Subcontractors. Project Managed the initial build of Digital Cross Connectors in Hamburg. Site visits to all German sites for testing and inventory checks. Completed testing of all the Equipment with assistance from Nortel Staff. Also completed testing of Managed Modem circuits before passing circuits to Local Operations.

Helped Integrate the MSH84 into the COLT Metro Networks within Germany. Briefed other departmental staff on the current developments of the SDH Network. Contact point between Marconi and COLT Europe. Helped with planning of MoM into the Frankfurt Network. Assessed the implementation of STM64 equipment into the Metro Network, including testing and RFI documentation. Professional and helpful contact with Suppliers, local and European.

Managed the EGT Network using various monitoring systems such as EMOS, INM, eNM and Newbridge. Briefing of prospective customers on the facilities provided by the NMC, and the processes and procedures in place to ensure no disruption to customer services. Studied proposed outages to ascertain risk management. Main point of contact for Marconi (GPT). Use and programming of PMR equipment.

Briefing Directors on the current developments of the SDH Network, and how it can be managed and serviced from one primary location. Providing customers with information on the facilities TANet provided, and how TANet could benefit them. Operation of the Customer help desk, liaising with customers and Engineers to rectify faults with the agreed SLA's. Aided the start up of the NMC by developing shift rosters and procedures. Checking out checks on Customers VPN's.
