Oversaw the Citrix Virtualization Team, Desktop Support Team, Audio Visual/Conferencing Team, Printer Supported (managed services), and End User Mobility Team, comprising a total of 27 resources.• Managed an operational Desktop Support team of 15 technicians and 2 Server admins, supporting over 8 million in IT assets.• Infrastructure Management:• Maintained the integrity and reliability of the Citrix server environment, overseeing seven server resources providing data and connectivity to over 11,000 employees, contractors, and students.• Led the complete lifecycle management of technologies including Citrix Xen Server, Citrix Provisioning Server, Citrix XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop VDI, Citrix Netscaler, Ivanti/AppSense, Microsoft SCCM, GPO, Office 365, Sophos, Ivanti/AppSense, MacAfee, eG Innovations, Dell/Wyse end points.• Strategic Planning and Execution:• Spearheaded strategy, design, projects, and operations of all Citrix and Microsoft desktop technologies, catering to clinical, administrative, research, and foundation end users.• Managed a Citrix support and engineering team supporting over 200 servers and 9,000 concurrent users.• Financial Oversight:• Successfully managed an annual operating budget exceeding $2.3 million.• Software Asset Management:• Held the role of Software Asset Manager for DH's Level D Microsoft Enterprise software agreements (EA and DCE).
