The OSR is responsible to the Shell Construction Superintendent for: • All site reporting (daily meetings, pre-construction meetings, etc.), site walk through(s) work planning, cost management, management of change order process, permit generation, adherence to quality contract requirements (e.g. welding completed as per welding procedure, coating, etc.), requests for information (RFI’s) during construction. • Ensure Shell safety management system is being administered as per contract requirements. • Provides leadership for issue resolution during project construction and non-conformance events with construction and personnel. • Facilitate the final construction walk-down prior to hand over to Commissioning and Operations and reviews “AS BUILT” drawings prior to handover.
