Prep Cook
Working as a Prep Cook, I prepare the front of house to be ready for guests to enjoy as well as maintain a satisfactory level of cleanliness. I also assist the head chef in food preparation by utilizing cutting equipment, gathering ingredients for a recipe and finally cooking them on a griddle or in the oven. After the meal has been served, I do the dishes with an industrial dishwasher and ensure that they are clean before being put away. Finally, I coordinate with a team of workers to clean all other surfaces to be ready for the next meal.
