Business sold to PCC in 2015 resulting in double-digit MOIC.- Re-branded tooling companies (formerly competitors) as Ascent Aerospace. Replaced senior management staff and redirected focus of organization to reduce product costs and lead times to consistently meet earnings and schedule commitments. Aggressively implemented Lean improvements in standard work, visual planning, and production flow.
