Security Manager
CurrentManage the overall operations of the Security, Valet, and Transportation departments, including managing a staff of approximately 100-125 personnel across those departments, including 7 supervisory staff as direct reports. Establish and implement policies and procedures to protect casino assets, guests, employees, facilities, grounds, and property and ensure compliance with those policies. Develop and manage emergency operations procedures, including evacuation plans and business continuity plans. Serves as Incident Commander under the casino's Emergency Operations Plan. Develop and oversee multi-million-dollar budget for security operations. Develop and oversee Cap Ex projects related to Security and Safety. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other department managers and directors to ensure unity and compliance with Gaming regulations and Minimum Internal Control Standards. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with local public safety agencies including Grand Ronde Tribal Police, Polk County Sheriff's Office, Oregon State Police, Grand Ronde Emergency Services, and SW Polk Fire District. Manage Fire Brigade and Emergency Medical Responder programs with Grand Ronde Emergency Services and their medical director. Conduct and review security investigations of all incidents and issues taking place on the casino's property. Manage and oversee all security door access systems and all secured keys and locks.
