I have been in the security field for 29 years, 26 of those years as a private investigator. I have provided personal security for such actors as Kiefer Southerland, Lou Diamond Phillips, Kevin Klien, Dwayne Johnson, Booker Tio Huffman, as well as numerous CEO's and managers. Sandy Renaldo and Lloyd Robertson of CTV news awarded me citations for going above and beyond the call of duty during the 1983 CTV strike. I have performed in strike protection, both as a Security Officer and a Private Investigator. I have supervised, both static and mobile. I have taught individuals in the letter of the law, sensitivity training, passive arrest techniques, as well as proper note book and report writing. I have assisted the police in drug investigations, and theft rings. I pride myself on my ability to get the job done, and done right the first time. I have performed in fraud investigations, both externally and under cover. I also supervised 14 manned sites in a mobile capacity. I was further trained in proper use of Handcuffs, Baton use and Defensive Driving through the Toronto Police College Instructors in Scarborough, Ontario with a number of others and the art of passive arrest techniques and investigations. Our company was often asked to work hand-in hand with the Scarborough Police to decrease the drug problem in the area, and were asked to perform buys of narcotics, documenting the number of dealers, locations of stored drugs and quantities available for purchase, due to "Entrapment Laws" in place in under the criminal code of Canada. I was further trained in the art of Personal Protect, and Executive Protection of high level persons. I was also fortunate enough to be involved in undercover work, often applying skills learned in college and learning new skills in both the white collar and blue collar industries, as well as in the Strike Industry situations.
