Tinker House Events is an event venue located on the second story of the Tinker House building in downtown Indianapolis. Situated directly on and 16th Street and the Monon Trail, the century-old building retains an industrial charm with uninterrupted views of the Indianapolis skyline, original architectural features, and an unique and expansive bar with an emphasis on craft cocktails and local beers. Hotel Tango Artisan Distillery is the first artisan distillery in Indianapolis since prohibition. From the very beginning, I was responsible for wearing many hats at a young start-up company. I oversaw these various departments: marketing, finance (A/R, A/P, budgets and forecasts), operations, HR/culture, tasting room management and outside sales departments at various and mostly overlapping times. I helped grow the company from zero to a multi-million dollar operation, with high growth potential still to come. As of Fall 2018, I transitioned away from my day to day role with Hotel Tango and have served as as an investor and brand ambassador since that time, while building other small businesses.

I've been asked to join up with one of Indy's premier coffee shops/bakeries/restaurants in efforts to guide, direct and oversee their financial health as a young and growing small business. I am excited to officially be a part of this powerful team, with over 100 employees strong!

I focused on underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence. My daily work included financial analysis, review and presenting to upper management.

I consistently met monthly sales goals with 90-100% success rate. I built sound and profitable relationships suggestively recommending routine financial asset allocation. I also, interviewed business customers and prospects, describing cash management and deposit options and was successfully responsible for cash drawer up to $10,000 daily.

I am exploring the property management industry and investigating property operations through a financial lens. Currently, I have been in training the last two weeks learning about Rose and their operations. This summer I will be doing a case study on a topic of my choosing to present to senior management at the end of the program.

I developed and edited communication material including press releases, media advisories and messages. I coordinated mailing project to over 2,000 state officials for S.O.S. office communication. I designed and implemented website content using Open Text Web Solutions software. I also had the chance to organize a holiday toy drive donation project for Lebanon Toy Drive w/ record success.
