Since 1987, Brian Winchester has served as president and technical director of Winchester Environmental Associates Inc., a consulting firm specializing in providing environmental assessment, permitting, and inspection services for linear/corridor projects as well as a variety of other projects. Mr. Winchester has provided ecological services on over 3000 miles of linear projects and 300,000+ acres of non-linear projects. His project experience includes sites throughout the U.S (including Alaska and Puerto Rico) and Canada, as well as several project sites abroad (Bahamas, Mexico, Peru, Austria).
