My professional highlights include various aspects of turf management in the transition zone. Using that experience I have been able to lead one of the top sports turf sales teams in the country. I have used my years of experience to help others improve their facilities from professional organizations to high schools and parks and recreation. My ability to see a project through from idea to implementation has been demonstrated time and time again. Fields under my management have been awarded eight separate national awards for outstanding athletic fields and became one of the first 20 facilities in the world to be Environmentally Certified through STMA. Interpersonal and leadership skills have been developed during my current position, as well as my tenure as the President of the Gateway Chapter of the Sports Turf Managers Association & The Missouri Green Industry Conference.I understand the value of teamwork and pride myself on possessing the kind of leadership skills that motivates people to do their best work.
