Within the Operations Department at ShopperTrak, I first rotated around within the different teams to obtain a full grasp of the business and understand how the operations teams communicate. Part of my job is to make sure our customers are receiving excellent service from the data we provide them. I routinely collect and analyze data for quality verification and assurance, in addition to occasionally troubleshooting for customers when issues arise with equipment. I also worked with a team of operations interns to identify inefficiencies within the operations processes and proposed solutions in front of the leadership team.

At Northwestern Mutual we also devised marketing and promotional strategies to generate leads and grow client base. Buckeye Coastal Connections is a student networking organization designed to help students with a passion for pursuing a career on the east or west coast. Our goal is to better connect students with alumni bases outside the Midwest and provide internship and career opportunities in coastal cities. Worked as a camp counselor in the summer months during 2014 and 2015. As a camp counselor, I supervised over 100 children between the ages of 10-12 and oversaw their safety and health. I coordinated events with a team of 8 counselors to maximize camper experience and contribute to the retention of campers, and I mentored children between the ages of 10 and 12 by serving as a role model and teaching important values.
