Develop trend anaysis of emerging safety hazards and distribute to fleet forces to raise awarness. Assist with assessment of fleet squadrons for safety culture and incorportaion of safety standards. Review all safety incident reports for MV-22 and CH-53s to insure all required informatin is entered. - Conducted safety assessments of over 40 operational units proving training to correct deficiencies and providing best practices fro across all of naval aviation. - Reviewed and released over 120 aviation mishaps reports from three different airframes to fleet and provided detailed retorts with the cause and solution for the event to prevent the event .

Developed large scale exercises spanning multiple states to evaluate the readiness of deploying units. Created a detailed script to reflect realistic situations tailored to the essential tasks the unit will be required to execute once deployed. -Developed six large scale exercise to evaluate the essential tasks required to deploy to hostile areas for units of 2500 Marines.-Coordinated with Local, State and Federal agencies across California and Nevada to deconflict the use of airspace and 10 training facilities for safety.

Oversaw the daily operation of the maintenance division persnnel.
