-Support internal auditing requirement -Support all activities performed in the Quality Department-Support daily inspection activities within respective Quality Department/group-Understand basic Good Manufacturing Practices/QSR requirements-Reads,understands and interprets engineering specifications-Comply with GDP (Good Documentation Practice) for data collection document-Support R&D and Manufacturing inspection activities using basic knowledge of inspection techniques and tools/equipment-Ability to learn and understand sampling methodologies and techniques-Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following safety guidelines and procedures

-Using tensile machine to test the platinum wire for the pull force-Participate in prototype design and development-Collect testing data of protocol design device in lab notebook -Solving various problem during prototype build and testing.-Create new fixture to improve manufacturing and testing processes.-Understand and adhere to good laboratory practices and good manufacturing practices(GMP)-Identify, analyze, measurement and solve problem-Performed return device investigation-Using gold solder to soldering thermocouple(TC) and copper wires to the platinum coils.-Using MTS tensile tester to perform various tensile strength test, pull test and pouch seal test.-Responsible for coordinating the calibration of lab equipment -Sent lab equipment for calibration and store return equipment
