Director of Technology and Sales Operations for SelectQuote Insurance Services. As Director of Tech & Sales Ops, I am focused on aligning business goals across several departments. This includes obtaining needs from the business, creating solutions, and understanding the impact on each group/individual upon implementation. My main expertise is problem solving through discovery and communication with a heavy focus on explaining technical processes in a non-technical manner and vice-versa. I coordinate closely with IT Solutions Architects to provide impactful insight for data structure based on business needs. I communicate through both vertical and horizontal channels, internally and externally to consolidate all ideas.I received Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Accounting from Pittsburg State University in 2016. I had the privilege of competing in cross country and track and field as a Gorilla and built lifelong friendships on the way. I'm originally from Baldwin City, KS and graduated as a Bulldog in 2012.
