I have familiarization tour experience on Celebrity Cruise Lines through the Caribbean Islands and the Mexican Riviera. I also have toured many Mayan sites in Mexico, Belize, and Guatemala. My previous experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial for the fact that I have always been working in tour destinations like Pebble Beach, Monterey, Yosemite National Park, and Boulder, Colorado. At each of these properties, I did my best to uphold four and five star levels of guest satisfaction. I am nearly fluent in Spanish and am pursuing Italian.Specialties: As far as destination knowledge is concerned, I have nearly three decades experience in the Monterey/Carmel/Big Sur as well as seven years in Colorado and six years in Yosemite National Park. I have strong knowledge of these locations, but would be an asset to any tour be it by plane, train, motorcoach, or cruiseship.
