Ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services. Resolving any issues or disputes that may arise. Analyzing costs and prices to identify cost-saving opportunities. Working with internal stakeholders to optimize procurement processes. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to procurement and purchasing activities. Generating reports on purchasing activities, including spend analysis, and supplier performance. Working closely with project managers/coordinators and foremen to understand project requirements and coordinate procurement activities accordingly.
