A Multi-Purpose Cooperative with Real Estate Dev’t and Transportation Services

1. Monitors operation to ensure that it's doing well even beyond expectation; 2. Motivates people to deliver and execute their task and strategies efficiently and effectively; 3. Provide inputs to make periodic plan effective and efficient. 4. Be able to extend consultative/advisories to operating personnel especially in terms of financial aspect and decision making; 5. and provide assistance to higher management and officers in terms of technical know how to help improve the operation.

Responsible for the execution of internal audit function that is to provide value added services designed for the improvement of organization's operation. Assist the external auditor during the conduct of their audit function of the organization. Monitors the effectiveness of internal control in place including the assessment of risk management system. Make recommendations to the higher management for the betterment of organization operations.
