I am a Cyber Security student with 6+ years of professional experience in IT Support. I have helped thousands of clients get the most out of their technology.My Highlights:• As a Computer Technician at the Tangipahoa Parish School System, I work on a team that deploys and manages 50,000 endpoints for 22,000 users across 48 locations. This year alone we have deployed nearly 5,000 new Chromebooks into 200 new charging carts in schools across the district. Additionally, I process nearly 250 Chromebooks per week for repairs and assist with imaging new Windows PCs for school computer labs.• As a Geek Squad Agent, I standardized our workflow to optimize for accuracy and efficiency. Thus we frequently surpassed metrics goals in Customer Satisfaction (90%+), Product Sales ($20/appointment), Labor Utilization (90%+), and Average Order Completion (48 hrs or sooner).• During my time on Best Buy’s Project Team I deployed, maintained, and troubleshot IT devices such as endpoints, network equipment and cabling, and servers at 17 locations across Louisiana and central Mississippi. I was frequently asked to lead projects in absence of a supervisor and often sent to assist other teams across the country with larger scope projects.I get excited about opportunities where I get to work with emerging technologies and overcome new challenges.
