Senior Manager Strategic Planning
Current• Acting as the key contact person for all functions of new vehicle business to Nissan principal • Establish business plan based on market trend and new launch product schedule to set sales target• Maintain pricing structure for upstream• Pricing position / volume negotiation with principal based on the price elasticity• Analyze customer behavior and market trend to aid product decision making such as pricing, new product development• Review and monitor the gross profit level of new vehicles sales• Gather meaningful data about consumers, competitors and market conditions to perform company analysis for business planning and improvement recommendations. Includes analyzing & evaluating project plans, and optimizing resources for operational effectiveness and profitability• Using the PDCA to identify the key improvements for the action plans• Liaise with manufacturers on product requisitions• Establishing Mid-Long term direction on product and strategic plan • Responsible for overall management of ordering and stock control• Responsible for Macau dealership operation
