I received my first 200hr yoga certification for 26/2 in August of 2017. Since then I have completed an additional 100hr in Hot Vinyasa, 50hr in Intermediate 26/2, 50hr in Ghosh Yoga, a training in Yoga Sculpt and a training in Inferno Hot Pilates. I have taught thousands of classes in California, Hawaii and Oregon. I am comfortable in group class settings, in one-on-one private sessions, and in organizing/running retreats. I am passionate about health and wellness and plan to own a studio in the near future.
